FAQs
1.When will my order ship?
We provide an estimated delivery date for your order during the shipping selection in the checkout process. This estimated date is not guaranteed.
- Standard: 3-6 business days
- Expedited: 2 business days
- Express: 1 business day
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking information, letting you know it’s on the way. Upgrading your shipping method only expedites the transit time once your package has left our warehouse in San Diego, CA.
Note: Payment is captured when your order is placed.
2.Which days do you deliver packages on?
Most of our orders are delivered by FedEx, and they deliver packages Monday−Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Reference the estimated delivery date in checkout.
Note: Shipments are only picked up Monday−Friday.
3.Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer international shipping to Australia. International ‘Economy’ Delivery ranges between 10-15 days and International ‘Express’ Delivery ranges between 2-5 days. Import duties & taxes are collected and paid upon checkout. All sales are final for international orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges. 4.Where will my order ship from?
All of our orders are shipped from our Distribution Center in San Diego, CA
5.Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We ship all of our orders with FedEx and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box at checkout your order will be held until we can verify a physical shipping address for you.
6.What is your return or exchange policy?
Rest easy, we offer free exchanges for new sizes / colors and free returns for store credit. Additionally, customers can exchange for new products of lesser or greater value.
All other returns for refund will be charged a $5 USD or $7 CAD restocking fee on the returned product.
Please place your exchange or refund within 30 days from the date your order is placed at melin.com. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags. In order to qualify for refunds back to original payment method, items must be in new/excellent condition.
We offer four options for returns and exchanges.
- Exchange for another color and/or size
- Exchange for a new style
- Return for store credit
- Return for a refund back to the original payment method.
We will begin processing your new order or email your store credit as soon as the Return Bar processes your exchange.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All sales are final for orders shipping to Australia. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
7.Can I return or exchange a gift?
We offer gift returns in the form of eGift Cards to use towards the purchase of any item on our website.
We do not provide direct gift exchanges. You will need to return your gift for an eGift Card and use it to purchase another item.
You will need two numbers to begin a gift return:
- Order Number, which is listed on your shipping label after “PO” under your address.
- Zip Code of the shipping address.
